Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days. And in many instances either the same day or next business day. If you are need it sooner, please feel free to contact us. Tracking will be provided for all items.

Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel the order.

We will not be able to change the shipping address after the order has been placed. Why? Because the shipping is different for every region. Changing the address can place Chooz in a position to pay more shipping. If you are paying with Apple Pay, there may not be an option to change the shipping address prior to purchase.
- We are not responsible for any mail that has been lost or stolen. A claim will have to be filed via USPS using the tracking information that will be emailed to you after the item has shipped.
- We can only provide you with an estimated shipment arrival. We are not responsible for any orders that arrive late due to the postal service. If you are needing your item by a particular date, please be sure to order it in a timely manner.
- All items are made to order. NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES.
- All orders are inspected prior to packaging to ensure that you are receiving the correct order and free of damage.
- If item is damaged due to the fault of the shipping carrier, a claim will have to be filed. And a refund will not be issued until they have processed the claim. You would need to keep the item as they will need a picture of the item(s). If you would like for us to file the claim, you will have to ship the item back to us (at your expense) and we will then file a claim and send you a refund if one is issued.
- There are exceptions where returns are accepted and refunds are issued. If by any chance you are shipped an incorrect order, we will be responsible for the return of that item. And either ship the correct item, or issue a refund.
- If a return is accepted due to an exception, the customer will be responsible for returning the item. And there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted out of the refund. Returns will only be accepted if they do not show any signs of being worn, washed or damaged. This includes but not limited to having hair of any kind present, the scent of perfume and/or smoke, etc.
