Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days. And in many instances either the same day or next business day. If you are need it sooner, please feel free to contact us. Tracking will be provided for all items.
- We are a small business so we are not afforded such luxuries as the larger companies of providing refunds for lost or stolen items and our policies are not the same. All items shipped via USPS will be insured. Therefore, a claim will have to be filed and issued prior to any refunds issued.
- We will accept returns on items that show no signs of wear and tear. This includes pet hair, human hair, stains of any kind, smoke smells, perfume smells, or any other smells that would indicate that the package has been opened, holes, cuts, rips, pulled thread, stretched out. It must be received in the same condition as it was sent.
- All items are packaged and received using a monitoring system. This is to ensure that all items are inspected prior to shipping and receiving.
- If item is damaged due to the fault of the shipping carrier, a claim will have to be filed. And a refund will not be issued until they have processed the claim. You would need to keep the item as they will need a picture of the item(s). If you would like for us to file the claim, you will have to ship the item back to us (at your expense) and we will then file a claim and send you a refund if one is issued.
- Customer is responsible for paying for the return of an item. All items received in same condition will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. This includes items shipped for free. If your item(s) was shipped for free, we will refund that item minus the cost of shipping that was paid (20% restocking fee)
